and objectives. This was my first research project, I came to know about different aspects which

identify my strong and weak points. I am good at managing time, allocating work, making
decisions where as I lack in communication skill, leadership. I should focus on improving myself
in an effective and efficient manner so that I would face same problem again in future time
period. Therefore, it was good experience where I learned many things and enhance my skills,
knowledge, capability for my personal and professional growth and success.
