Present report deals with Tesco PLC engaged in retail industry headquartered in UK and what
are the positive ethical, economic and cultural impact of globalisation on marketing function of
company will be discussed by conducting research. Moreover, project management plan will be
made with time frames and costs. Research methodologies will be applied and results will be
analysed. On the other hand, recommendations and conclusion would be provided on the basis of
results and own reflection on overall project will be made.

economic, cultural and ethical impacts of globalisation has effectively attained firm's marketing
objectives in the best way possible (Ekberg and Lange, 2014). Organisations are able to market
their products through social media marketing on channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
etc. While, advertisements on TV are also made which are promoted in every country where the
operations of firm exists. It can be analysed that Tesco PLC, global name in groceries and
general merchandise retailer is being benefited through the globalisation and marketing activities
are achieved quite effectually. The report will focus on positive cultural, ethical and economic
impacts of globalisation on marketing in organisation.

globalisation on economic, cultural and ethical which are wide in nature (Jean Louis and Simons,
2014). This shows that project's scope is wide as several important aspects are being covered.

scale at minimum cost by getting maximum benefit.
Time-
Time is another important part of project management plan which provides clarity how
much time will be taken by project to attain appropriate results. It means that scheduling and

P7 Reflecting on value of research undertaking for meeting stated objectives
The research was effectively completed by taking into account topic. My own
performance in entire research was good and outcome was attained. I have improved my
communication skills by taking secondary and primary data with ease. Furthermore, with the
help of this, my data collection skills from reliable sources are enhanced up to a major extent. In
addition to this, I'm able to improve data analytical skills which were not good beforehand.
Moreover, it can be analysed that skills, capabilities and abilities are enhanced. The research was
qualitative in nature from which I'm able to increase my theoretical knowledge in effective
manner. In addition to this, descriptive research has also been deployed for getting deeper insight
about the project. Moreover, I'm able to effectively enhance my time management skills by
finishing project on time. Thus, research objectives were met and it can be assessed that
individual skills were being improved.
CONCLUSION
Hereby it can be concluded that globalisation has paved the positive way for firm for
accomplishing goals. Tesco PLC which has global operations achieves maximum benefits such
as economic, cultural and ethical impact of globalisation on marketing activities. The research
methodologies which are being applied shows that Tesco PLC is able to accomplish goals in
effective manner. Furthermore, project management plan has been made by which project will
take 34 days to complete and outcome will be attained.
