company for this report which is a retail enterprise and performs their

workforce. Moreover, this report focus on aim, objective and plan related
with the topic of equality and diversity.

and wants on daily basis. On the other side, Globalisation is impacting on
company operations due to which its business size is directly impacted.
Therefore, team management is an important factor that is leading company for

manner. This project is used to study about workforce requirements and managing
them to work according to decided goals. It also defines with adopting policy and

engaged workforce. Small scale research is also conducted in the organisation for
managing all employees in proper manner. Gantt chart and WBS are project
