INTRODUCTIONGlobalization is the process of interaction with multinational people, companies toexpand the scope or opportunities. In 21st century, privatization has been increased atinternational level where local businesses or companies deals with global clients and expandtheir business across the nation. Present study will be based on globalisation and how it impactson local businesses. PART 1 LO 1Project formulation Aims and Objectives.Multinational companies have providing huge scope and long-lasting benefits. However,these institutions conduct businesses in several countries but has headquarters in its homecountry (Assaf, Josiassen and Agbola, 2015). It operates overseas by setting up units such assubsidiaries or affiliates or takes over or merges with local companies. A multinational companyalso affect the local business profit and potential clients. Present study based on the topic globalisation which is a process that cannot be stoppedany more unless everything stops. Due to globalisation profit of host business get reduced anddiminish. But now multinational corporations are now become the part of the current economicscene that describes the better development growth and new sources development growth. In order to conduct this research, report will be taking McDonald which is situated inLondon UK, who wants to open a new branch of restaurant in Russia.Rationale Reason to conduct this study and goals is to develop the deep understanding the conceptof globalisation and how multinational company affect or influence the profitability ratio of hostcompanies (Bilir, Chor and Manova, 2019). In addition to that, researcher want to help indetermining the most appropriate strategies to reduce the negative impact of those influencingfactors and introduce new ways of development. Problem Statement Globalisation has had many effects on the local businesses or culture and society as well.There is both negative and positive impact that local businesses faces due to other multinationalcompanies. Such as McDonald affect their profit or sales due to having McDonalds in the city.

Due to which they attract less clients towards the services. Globalisation is the complex situationand relationship that connects and mixes cultures accordingly.The major problem statement of this present study is that multinational companies hasgiven negative impact on the host companies (Cetorelli and Peristiani, 2015). Project StrategyPresent project will be based on McDonald who wants to open a new outlet in Russia and beforeopening the new branch company wants to research the market and the impact of MacDonald onthe business activities. In order to conduct the research or project researcher will be takingdifferent resources through journals, articles and books to gathered the related information tomake the actual findings and growth. This will help to motivate the better growth process andmanaging effective service properties and goals (Dwyer, 2015). Present project will be usingqualitative method to gathered the information and identify the concept of globalisation knowthey affect the local business environment and their business profit.Project Objectives Aims: To determine how McDonalds operations impacting restaurants in the local areas.Objective To identify the specific ways McDonald affecting local restaurants.To determine whether the impact in beneficial or notTo find out if local restaurants can learn from McDonald’s activities.Project management Plan, Quality, Risk, Resources.Project management triangle is the most beneficial term that helps to accomplish the project aimsand objectives. In order to that, researcher should have to maintained the project quality, cost andscope of the research to get the success (Huang and Cai, 2015). It helps to motivate the bestgrowing result and maintained the effective management task. Cost: Cost refer to the financial constraints of a project in which includes project budget thatshould be followed into systematic manner. In order to make the best growing and developingresults, Present project will take £400 cost to accomplish the overall target. Scope: Overall objectives and aim of the research should have been completed under the setcriteria. This will help to recontinue the process and goals to make the project successful andaccomplished. The scope of this strategy is it will help to regain the profit for local hostbusinesses who easily meet and compete with the multinational companies. In order to have the

good impact on the overall development growth (Kaplanidou and et.al.al., 2016). This will givepositive impact on the growth of the business and also helps to get more new start-ups for thebetter economic growth. Quality: Quality is the major concern and important element of the project management thatshould be attained by the researcher. Quality refers the process and data collected by theinvestigator should meet the project requirements. Such as data or information of the presentproject should be based on facts, real and reliable to measure the actual situation. This will alsomake the good impact on the overall development goals. Apart from that, this will help torecontinue the growth and business process challenges to meet out the long-lasting range ofdevelopment. Resources: Resources are the most crucial element and sources and systematic growthchallenge which will motivate the new management goals (Manova, Wei and Zhang, 2015).Present resources of the projects are time, human resource, financial resource, data technologicalresources or tool to gathered information and required data source.Time: Every project should have some estimated amount of time to complete the project orproducing the deliverables. In order to help this out, present study will be taking the use of workBreak down structure and break down the task to perform it into more productive manner.Present project will be completed in 8 weeks. DeliverablesProject deliverables are the project outcomes which derived from the project aims andobjectives. Project deliverables could be a report or a document in which whole research hasbeen conduct. So as such present project deliverables defined the importance and the negativerole of globalisation in order to meet out the project goals and objectives. Besides, this study alsohelped to define the concept of globalisation and introduced some new ways of new developmentgrowth (Mowforth and Munt, 2015). This research proposal will help to explore the new waysfor small businesses to gain their competitive advantage. In other words, outcomes of this projectwill helpful to improve the balance of payments, providing employment growth, technologytransfer and increase the scope of local businesses at international level. This level of growth willbe promoting the new advantageous growth for the company advancement. Project Scope statements

Scope of the study is to explore the concept of globalisation or identify the impact ofmultinational companies on host countries. This study will help to explore the competitiveadvantage of local businesses and helps them to build up the new advantageous growth. Thisstudy also gained the new ways for making new advantageous growth system. Project scope isvery defined and ensure that a project scope is accurately defined and mapped. This system willhelp to recontinue the process of goals and make the long-lasting impact on the business whostruggled in globalisation (Rogers and Davidson, 2015). Study also explained the affecting factorof Macdonald which gives on the local business. Scope of the study is to explore the growth forlocal businesses and make them new strategies to grow in the local market. This brings lowemerging market trend and ineffective performance of business management task. In otherwords, Globalisation is both an active process of corporate expansion across borders and astructure of cross order facilities and economic linkages that has been steadily growing andchanging with the environment. Included ScopeIncluded scope of the study are those elements that specifically included in the project suchas descriptions of all tasks, items, actions. Etc. Such as this study also included detailedexplanation in detail. In other words, Inclusions of the project is the form of project inputs whichbrings less opportunity and growth for the new development areas. Excluded ScopeExclusion scope of the study presenting the less expansion strategies. In other words, exclusionis those project elements those are not as much necessary for the project completion. Exclusionsdefines what will not to be included (Van Niekerk, 2017). Success Criteria Success criteria of this project is to measure the affecting forces of multinational companieswhich influencing the profit of local host countries. Such as the main purpose of this study toidentify the factor affecting forces of MacDonald impact on McDonald who planning to opennew start-up in Russia. In order to measure success of the project researcher take feedbacks andsurvey to collect the views from employees, people etc. Besides, investigator also take opinionfrom the stakeholders of the projects such as government, company, public etc.Project assumptions
