skilled and talented employees, developing their skills and constantly encourages them to
improve their performance. This research topic has wide scope in current and future scenario
because most of the companies are adopting talent management strategies and will adopt in
future (Mupepi, ed., 2017). This research assignment will act as reference project for all
companies which will implement talent management strategies in future. In this research project
will discuss about impact of talent management strategies that use by Tesco to attract and retain
employees in the company. it will include issues that faced by Tesco while adoption of talent
management strategies in this research project which will support other companies to understand
depth of issue then they will enable to take effective practices to deal with identified issues.
Thus, this research project is important for the all companies across the world. In this research
assignment will use effective methods i.e. qualitative method to collect and interpret information
related to research.

It has analysed that Tesco has achieved various positive impacts on it’s business after
adoption talent management strategies. The main objective of the talent management is to
develop highly competent and motivated workforce who will assist company to sustain in the
business market for long period. Talent management has become one of the biggest discussing
topics for all companies across the world because lots of companies have taken talent
management approach but only fewer companies enables to gain positive impact successfully but
others do not get. From the interpretation of 1st theme, it has analysed that talent management
strategies is important for the organization’s success because these strategies includes fair
treatment policy, improvement training and development opportunity etc. which supports HR
management to gain all projected goal of the business within timeframe. From the 3rd theme it
can be analysed that Tesco respects generation gap and provides equal opportunity to all ages. It
denotes that talent management strategies supports Tesco to takes fair practices in the workplace
that’s why company enables to retain highly talented staff in the business. From the
interpretation of 6th theme, it has analysed that management of Tesco needs to implement several
recommended strategies like effective leadership theory, 360-degree feedback strategy etc. that
supports them to effectively deal with high employee turnover issues. Thus, Tesco can get lots of

a longer period of time. while doing the research methodology I did qualitative research over
quantitative research because qualitative research provides a human belief and it helps in
understanding the issues better in a word format and in a theoretical data of representations.
When I focused under methodology, I choose the research approach of the inductive approach
because the research is done in the qualitative data and in qualitative data the approaches
includes inductive due to the human beliefs, deductive approach are used in the quantitative data
of representations including numerical data representations. I did the research on 30 respondents
of the organizations and I feel that it is very important to understand overall understanding about
the talent management for better of the organization. I did both primary and secondary data
collection process to find a lot of research on the topic to find the best use of talent management
and so that it can help other. Reduce and the people who want to understand the talent
management in a better way. there are a lot of limitations while doing the research and I did all
the research in the given limitation resources including the limited period of time and resources
which I will get an added an overall good representation of the research to explain the better of
talent management at Tesco. I provide a consent form to the respondent and I choose 30
respondents in the research and I made them fill a declaration form to provide that everything
which is done in the research are on the basis of the forms and on the basis of the answers given
by the respondents and nothing is fake and it is a proof that the research is being done in the best
way.
Recommendation
It is very important to have the best ways to increase and the best strategies to utilize the talent
management in the organizations and desk always focus on providing the best use of talent
management. The best recommendation is to increase the retention rate so that they can reduce
their cost on training and development and can utilize the people who are working hard for a
