INTRODUCTIONIn the modern era, people as well as organisation are more conscious about to lean thenew concept corporate social responsibility. It sounds strange when small even large companiesare implementing CSR activity. It defines commitment to behave ethically and makingcontribution in development of economy and will improve quality of personnel’s as well as localcommunity. Present report is based on Crown hotel which is smartly offering quality of servicesto customers. The management team are having years of experience in hotel and cateringservices to customers (The Crown Colne, 2013). Aim of this company to provide conformableand relax facilities to customers and to satisfy their needs. In this assignment, implementation ofCSR activities in mentioned company (Crown hotel) is discussed in detail. Along with thisvarious tools and techniques has also used to analyse the data. PART 1P1. Outlining aim and objectives In current scenario, it is crucial for entity to apply CSR activities which will also helpthem to achieve their sustainable objectives. It could be considered as continuous commitment oforganisation to behave ethically with their customers as well as employees so that they can alsoimprove their quality life. Crown hotel is providing facilities in restaurants, pubs, hotel to keepthe customers happy at same place. Thorough this they are boosting their employees to offerquality of services to them and gain more profit (Babiak and Trendafilova, 2011). Thesustainable objective of organisation is that to improve the growth of country as well as makecontribution in economic development. Along with they have to use limited resources where theycan satisfy the needs of customers without scarifying requirements of future generation. Aim: “To achieve sustainable objectives of organisation while implementing and identifyingeffectiveness of CSR activities: case study on Crown Hotel”.Objectives:To evaluate the needs of CSR activities which support to business entity in retaining inmarket for a long period of time.To identify advantage of CSR activities which are implemented by organisation in orderto gain competitive advantage. 1

To ascertain the impact of implementing of CSR activities in order to achievesustainable objectives of Crown hotel.Research Questions How CSR activities will support to organisation in holding market for a long period oftime?How CSR will be beneficial for organisation in achieving competitive advantage?What is the impact of CSR activities when these are implemented by Crown hotel inaccomplishing with sustainable objectives?P2. Project management plan It a planned document where all plans are made by higher authority when they areplanning to implement CSR activities. In organisation it is responsibility of manager to executeplan in proper way so that these can be monitored in appropriate manner. While implementingCSR activities, it is essential for entity to identify the level of customers’ needs through whichthey can preserve in market for a long period of time. Project management plan should includefollowing things which will help them in gaining their goals and objectives.Cost – Budgeting and cost determination is a part which helps to the researcher toaccomplish project accordingly (Hsu and Cheng, 2012). Along with this project manager has topredict their expanses which are going to spend in future.
