analyzed from the data collection that most of the employee of

Conclusion
It is concluded from the above report that project management
plan is an important aspect which helps in managing and
executing the project. It contains various components which is
to be undertaken so that so project can be done successfully.
For successful achieving the aims and objectives of this

chart is made so that project can be successfully

Reflection
In this report, I successfully completed my research task and I
feel grateful because I got a good opportunity to research and
analysis the advantage and issues in context of talent
management. From my academic experiences and knowledge , i
got a chance to understand the significance of talent

and quantitative research methods which is really helpful to
make my data more valid and reliable.
