INTRODUCTION
Aston Martin is the manufacturer in Britain which deals ion sport cars, which has produced an
expensive car which gained popularity with many of the cars which came in fictional
characteristic like James bond which gave a popularity to the brand. Company's sports car are
British cultural icons (Lazear, 2018). They have Royal warrant of delivering cars for prince of
Wales since 1982. They have a dealership of 150 cars in 50 different country. Aston Martin is a
global automotive brand. Aston Martin has traded at London Stock Exchange.

Background
Aston Martin after the third quarter has enjoyed a long popularity which has enjoyed long period
of success and stability which has gained a huge popularity over UK. Equality is essential to be
given to all workers so that they work better and feel confident to work in the business unit
(Sobering, 2019).

Project Management Plan can be defined as tool or process that helps in scheduling work
properly to manage project well. (Rubery and Koukiadaki, 2018).
Scope: In UK market there is huge scope to expand the business of Aston Martin. By
doing so firm is able to capture huge market ratio as well as goodwill is raised in the cut throat
competitive world. To figure out growth opportunities in the market research is conducted on
continuous basis.
Resources: Workers of Aston Martin are trained to use the resources properly. It aids the
firm to use the precious resources effectively and efficiently to achieve the desire results. Also,
human assets are provided proper training to enhance their skills
Communication: Aston Martin adopts free flow of communication channel so that staff
can easily convey their issues easily and best solution can be attained. Barriers in communication
decrease the productivity level as well as sales volume in the market place. However, potential
workers turn out ratio also raises at a tremendous scale because of ineffective communication
channel adopted (Milner, Demilly and Pochic, 2019).
Quality: In order to work on this project researcher has to ensure quality. They have to
gather details from correct sources so that right information can be used to answer research
questions.
Cost: the entire cost of this research project is 80000 as scholar had to invest in stationary
and have to travel to gather detail.
Risk: Researcher can face risk such as technological, human resource and financial risk.
All these risk may affect final outcome. To manage financial risk scholar needs to use resources
well, individual has to adopt new techniques and have to learn about it. To manage HR risk
researcher will have to ensure that all people are well aware with topic and they feel secure. By
this way they will share their views properly (Marasi, Wall and Bennett, 2018).
Time: This will be completed in 10 weeks (Grant, 2016).

Gantt Chart: this is the tool which is used by researcher while working on any project.
This is the method of sub dividing the task and ensure that all divisions are done in such manner
