ABSTRACT
Managing a business project is a time consuming and wider concept which is needed to be
understood in proper manner. Business project is defined as written document showing goals as
well as objectives which are to be achieved. The present report is being conducted to understand the
gender & racial diversity in organisation. At workplace, employees are mostly affected by as they
faced inequalities at deeper level. Therefore, in this research discussions have been made about
various tools and techniques of research as well as data analysis, phases of project, aims and
objectives.
