As per the above report it has been determined that Holiday
inn has been adopting various plans so that adoption of
digitalisation can be successful and by that large number of
customers can be attracted so that growth and success can
be obtained. In order to determine business performance
several measures can be used so that evaluation of growth
and success can be seen.

Under this report, I have determined that for gaining the
lead in competition market it is highly important to
determine the factors which are related to future
performance and productivity in target market. By
