It was founded by Henri Nestle and islocated in Vevey, Switzerland (Armstrong and Collmus, 2016). This assignmentcovers aims objectives and overview for the chosen firm. It also, focus on risk,cost, resources , work break down structure Gantt chart etc. so that tactics andtime frame can be designed accordingly.
