revoiced from research process. Also, a reflection on personal experience and findings is been
presented.
MAIN BODY
P1 The aim and objective of the study
background
In relation of all the countries in the current scenario the concept of the globalization
have changed and form the various relationship between the human culture and societies. As the
today's world is the world of the e-commerce, the role of the human resources should be change

globalization is there in conceptual and functional change.
Various dimension of globalization
The economic dimension- as with the time the trade practices, the supply of the credit the
production system and the financial global structure are well transformed. Due the globalization,
the countries are autonomous these days and are the part of the massive computerized system
which results in very vulnerable fluctuation. In everyone's mentality the economy which is most
tangible and the globalization is the most embrace territory in everyone's mentality.
Cultural dimension- due to globalization, there is the rapid change in the productive
relation in the trade freedom as two different culture are moving towards each other through
increasing development of the media and the global networks are proving variety of program
which is increasing the cultural convergence (Davis and Van Wincoop, 2018).. As in this world-
dominating culture everyone want wants it owns unification of indigenous, local culture and
national identity, the globalization will disintegrate.
Ethical dimension – multi national companies are occupying commanding part of the economy
contains the most of the part of the media that somehow shape our information in the valid
documents. They put up the idea globally as the product and services in the economy, they make
higher level of employment to the employees, they pay taxes to the government as working

(Lee and Lin, 2016).
Cost : Cost is the major factor which make an impact on whole research. Researcher use various
ways to estimate the cost and reducing the cost for their project. To find the positive economic,
cultural and ethical impact of globalisation on HR, marketing, operation and accounting in John
Lewis company the research scholar carry various cost like transportation cost to gather the
primary and secondary data, cost of purchasing the software for research, stationary, printing etc.

activities with their time in the graph. It helps them to regulate the time for each activity and
manage the time according to their project.

response of the respondents in interview or questionnaire answer etc. The risk arise various
problem for the research scholar.
Resources : The research scholar need various resources like software, human resources, fund
etc. To collect the secondary data for the research project they need the various software. They
also need fund to carry out their research project. To purchase the stationary, software and for
printing the research they need fund.
P3. Work breakdown structure and Gantt chart
Work breakdown structure : Work break down structure helps to getting the solution
of complex situation in the organisation. It divides the complex situation into sub unit to clarify
the each problem and get the fastest solution. It is a hierarchical tree structure to outline the
project baseline and break down into smaller situation. The aim of conducing the work
breakdown structure is to make the complex project more manageable and get the effective
solution. The break down structure help the researcher in the study of positive impact of ethics,
culture and economy of globalisation to break down the big information into smaller data and get
the quick result. Different team member lead the smaller task to manage the work in a better way
and increase their productivity and profitability in the project. It helps the project researcher to

organisation.
Gantt chart : Gantt chart is developed by Henry L. Gantt in 1917. It is a horizontal bar
chart which was used for control the production activity. It helps to plan, organise, coordinate
and control the various activity in the John Lewis company. In Gantt chart the horizontal line
represent the total time spend in the various activities and the vertical line represent the various
activities in the project research like time in gathering secondary data, total time in getting the
respondents answer, interpretation, printing documentation etc. By using the Gantt chart in the
study of positive impact of ethics, culture and economy of globalisation they can manage the
time in gathering data, information and interpretation to get the final; result. It helps to know the
whole research activities and the time in single graph. By the representation of the total activities
it helps to scheduling, monitoring and controlling the different activities in research project
(Zafar, Saud and Hou, 2019). It helps to find out the bottlenecks in the project. It helps to detect
the project completion time and get the work done in proper time. It shows the progress of the
project in comparison to its plan and present the whole project picture.
