Objectives of Research

• To evaluate that equal pay will help in increasing employee performance
by 25%.
• To determine the ways in which equality and diversity can be
established in company within 2 months.

Project management plan
A project management plan is a written document which give details
about each elements that are important for completing the project
on time and in an efficient manner. It give details about the way in
which project will be monitored, controlled and executed so that
all the tasks can be completed in a systematic manner to achieve
desired objectives of project

Research Methodology
Qualitative approach: It is a method by which the non-numerical
data has been gathered. This research includes the definition,
meaning, concepts and doesn't includes the numbers and values
of the researched data. From this approach the data is collected
by conducting questionnaires, survey, polls, interactions etc.

Recommendations
Smith Brothers (Contracting) Ltd should promote inclusive
environment in the company so that all the employees are included
in decision-making which will help in making decisions which are
beneficial to all.
The company must also promote performance based appraisals so that
each employee are paid based on how well they perform. This also
help in encouraging them to give their best in performing their work
which is important to derive fruitful results for the company.

Conclusion
From this report it can be concluded that it is important for companies
to have inclusive and diverse working environment so that all the
employees of company can work together in an efficient manner.
Gender pay gap must be reduced in companies so that the company
can remain competitive in the market while building its brand image
by empowering women employees.

Reflection
This is one of the most helpful research for me as I get the different
opportunities by which I always learn something new at every stage.
The objective of this research has been achieved but with that there
are lot of issues that is generated one of them is time management.
As it is difficult to manage the time slot of every work and with that
it is also be very expensive as it includes a lot of resources.
