From this project I can be able to understand that gender pay gap not only affect physical capabilities of working of an individual but also affect on their mental capabilities. While undertaking this research I faced the issues related to the communication as I had to communicate to the project mangers in the RowlinsonKnitwear Ltd. and I faced issue of dealing with the team mates. To overcome such problems I took various online sessions to learn the formal ways of writing letters and emails. Respective skill set is very much potential for an individual in competitive world. I gain knowledge that information should be collected by choosing the large no. of respondents that helps to enhance the viability of data and information in most positive manner. For future growth it is very much essential for me to deal with people and direct their actions in right direction. To gain better results it analysed that delegation of roles and responsibilities within people should be held properly so that they can give one of their best capabilities after analysing the skills of an individual. 17
