Title: “To examine the challenges and issues that may uprise out of diversity
and equality within workplace and what measures could be undertaken to
resolve them.” A case study on Coca-Cola
INTRODUCTION
Equality and diversity within organisational workplace structure play significance role for
an organisation that add value to entity and provide equal set of job opportunities to individuals.
However, there are some of the challenges as well as issues that may arise out of diversity and
equality and have tendency to affect lower down overall profitability and productivity
(Boekhorst, 2015). By implementing significant strategies and measures issues that may arise out
of diversity and equality can be overcome in workplace structure in a well defined and effective
manner. Present report include discussions upon Coca-Cola, which is a carbonated soft drink. In
this report formative discussions has been conducted on project management plan, work break
down structure and gannt chat. In addition to this, report also include questionnaire and
reflection.

P2 PMP
PMP(Project management plan) is a blueprint through which execution of all the
activities can be done in a well defined and effective manner (Cottrill, Denise Lopez, Hoffman,
2014). It mainly include factors like communication, risk, cost, time and quality through which
accomplishment of desired goals and objectives can be done in effective manner.
Cost:
It is defined and monetary value through which execution of all project activities can be
take place appropriately. In addition to this, it has been signified that cost measure allow
researcher to accomplish their objectives in cost effective manner. Further it has been evaluated
that in order to investigate present research topic investigator requires estimated amount of
35000. However, this is being evaluated that this cost is very low due to Covid-19.
Budgeting:
It is defined as a systematic procedure with the help of which all the functions and
activities of project can be done in proper and estimated cost. With the advantage of effective
budgeting research can ensure success of project in a well defined and effective way.
