INTRODUCTIONThe use of digital technology support in different organization whether it is small-scaleindustry or large-scale industry is beneficial for the company and has various impact on thecompanies. The use of digital technology influences the overall production of the company. Inthis report there will be detailed discussion provided on the various research methodology that isto be used in order to identify the different aspects of using digital technology support in thecompany. The report will also give a detailed writing on the project aim and objective and theways to manage the project so that then use of digital technology support in the company will beeffective. Task 1[Project aims, objectives and time frames (LO1)]Devise project aims and objectives for Impact of digital technology supporting smallbusiness growth and innovation (P1)Aim The main of the company is to identify the different impact of digital technology support in thecompany. The company Blue Ocean Aquaria will be using digital technology in its businessstrategy, as it will help the company to increase the overall productivity of the company. Due toadvancement in the technology that is available in the market, the company aims in using digitaltechnology so the there is more effectiveness in the working procedure of the company. Thecompany also aims to expand the business in a wider context with the help of the use of advancetechnology more importantly digital technology (Mazzei and et al, 2016). ObjectivesThe main objectives that are to be followed by the company in order to effectively use digitaltechnology support in the company Ocean Blue Aquaria has been given below.1.Analyzing the different aspects of digital technology support that can be used in thecompany in order to identify the effects that can be caused in the company by the use ofdigital technology in the business (Jones et al, 2014)Page 3 of 15
2.Developing a proper research on the digital technology support that is to be used in thecompany. This is to be done in order to identify the different strategies that can beapplied in the company to impose the use of digital technology in the company.3.The company should conduct a market research that will help the company to identify thevarious aspects of the marketing strategies. This is to be done in order to include themarket strategies in the marketing department so that a proper marketing of the productsprovided by the company can be done. This is essential in because the use of digitaltechnology support in the company will be affecting the different strategies of thecompany (Autio et al, 2014). 4.Developing strategies that will be used in order to implement the digital technologysupport in the company. The use of appropriate strategies is essential, as it will influencethe overall use of the digital technology support in the company. This can create a hugeimpact on the productivity of the company. Therefore, it is essential for the company todevelop strategies that will be benefitting the company (Donnelly and et al, 2015).5.Developing the operational technology, the financial budgeting and the otherrequirements is to be done by the company, in order to integrate the digital technologysupport in the company. This is done so that the digital technology support can be easilyused in the company and its operations can be easily conducted.6.The final objective of the company is to implement the various strategies, operations andother aspects that have been identified to be implemented in the company. Once theimplementation of the company is done, there will be the final reviewing of the use of thedigital technology support in the company (Schwalbe, 2015). Project management plan with covering the cost, scope, time, quality, communication, riskand resources for this chosen project (P2)A proper project management plan is to be developed in order to include the use of digitaltechnology in the company (Kerzner, 2013). The project management plan includes variousaspects like the financial budgeting of the project that is to be newly applied in the company.Financial statement includes the cost of the raw materials.
