organisations to make changes in It includes
modifications in selection, recruitment and training
procedures, in order to meet the global needs. This
would help in introducing best talented human resource
at workplace, as well as develop their skills to work at
international level.
INTRODUCTION

Due to increasing globalisation, it becomes essential for all multinational organisations to make
improvement in existing recruitment procedure. This would help in getting high support of human
resource to run operations at international level, more effectively.
PROJECT AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Aim: “To identify the ways by which multinational companies can improve their recruitment, selection
and training of employees to meet International requirement.” A study on Nestle.
Research objectives:
 To analyse the importance of recruitment, selection and training in a multinational organisation.
 To determine ways through which Nestle can improve its recruitment, selection and training of
employees to meet International requirement.

For achievement of business objectives and implement any changes, it is important for an organisation to
develop a proper project plan. As Nestle seeks to improve its training, selection and recruitment,
therefore, research team has made an adequate PMP plan that provides a blue print of entire activities
which needs to be done in accurate manner.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN

For conducting a project, researchers generally used the concept of Work-Break down structure, which
helps in dividing the main activities into smaller segments. It includes introduction of project topic,
formulation of proper aims and objectives after identification of suitable problem and more.
WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE AND GANTT CHART

Research Methodology can be defined as main part of a project, where researchers analyse through which
methods they can gather relevant data, analyse and make conclusion more appropriately (DeCenzo,
Robbins and Verhulst, 2016). As present project is going to reveal the importance of changes in
recruitment and other functions of HRM, therefore, for this purpose, project makers have used a number
of methods.

Through the entire discussion on recruitment and selection procedure, it has been analysed that for human
resource development, Nestle needs to concern on following recommendations:
 As any changes in HR policies like hiring best talented workers may effect current culture of Nestle,
therefore, it is recommended to this company to involve its employees in decision making process. It
would help in developing feeling of equality among workers and reducing chance of any conflicts as
well.
RECOMMENDATIONS FROM AND DATA ANALYSIS

Hereby, I have gained opportunity to make an assignment on globalisation, where a company need to
make changes and improvement in its existing HR practices to run business effective at global level. For
this purpose, I have prepared a team of four members where each one is highly experienced and ready to
put efforts for addressing project issues. Here, the main strength point of mine is communication skill
through which I have easily influenced team-members towards achievement of business objectives.
REFLECTION

It has been analysed from this assignment that in order to meet the main requirement of business to run at
global level, a company needs to make a number of changes in its business. It includes improvement in
HR practices like recruitment & selection, training & development etc.
