Managing accommodation is a service that plays a vital role to provide
the luxury services to the customer in the tourism industry. It
includes the services as lodging facilities, bed, breakfast, hotel,
restaurants, hostel etc. Accommodation is a service that is provided
to satisfy the need and demand of the customers.

The Hospitality industry is a wide category that provides different
luxury services to the customers as lodging, travel and tourism, food
and beverages, cruise line etc. Accommodation sector is a base of
tourism industry as tourist need some hotel or restaurants for top
stay and take a rest.

activities of the hotel. It has even more risk as expenses are
more and revenue in nit fixed.

industry then they further appoint the managerial company
to balance the business environment.
Delta hotels is the management company
that manages the other hotels.
Franchises This is a business that served the services to the customers
after purchasing the hotels and managed by an individual or

one star and induce hygiene and comfort.
It works on a small and medium level with
that provide the facilities of online payment.
3 stars It provides the extra services as keep the
environment healthier and clear with that
customer also send the reviews and rates as
per the offered services.
These hotels have wider staff and every
department must be managed with the
accuracy. As receptionist, waiters, language
translator etc.

Convenience of customer: It provides easiness to the customers as
they get a chance to choose the best services as per their
requirement. Customers also book the hotels and also cancel it as
per the wish. It is time save process as takes less time because
customers chooses the services as per one click.

Explain function of front office
Hotel: It preserves different services like online booking and
cancellation and that is provided by the 3-5 stars hotels. Thus they
have receptionist who welcomes the customer by there calm nature
and treat them in polite way.

Analyse key roles of front office department
Security: It is a staff that works in shift that is changes after a particular
period of time and will be provide the 24*7 services. For that they use
some technologies as well like CCTV recording and many more.
Front office: It is a staff that welcomes the customers and provides all the
supportive services like water, snacks, sprays, etc. they also provides
there services as per the requirement of customers and attract them
towards the environment and services that is offered by the hotels.

Conclusion and recommendation
It has been concluded from the above report that hospitality industry
provides the vast services to the customers with that accommodation
services helps to enhance the productivity of the business. After that
concludes the different forms of ownership and role of online sites.
Furthermore, conclude the different role and functions of front
office of accommodation service providers.
