The hospitality industry is a broad industry which consisted the lodging, food and drink,
event planning, transportation and many more fields within tourism industry. Accommodation is
absolutely a widen sector of hospitality industry ranging from the bed & breakfast by providing
appropriate kind of equipped rooms that helps to enhance consumer experiences. Respective
report is based on Marriott international which is an American multinational diversified
hospitality industry which manages a large portfolio of hotels and other kind of related lodging
facilities in order to enhance consumer experience. Respective report is based on elaboration of
accommodation services available within the hospitality industry. Further it includes role and
responsibilities of front office in respective industry in order to gain its significance. It also
includes contribution of housekeeping department in providing the effective kind of
accommodation services in order to enhance consumers experience positively. Finally it includes
role facilitates and security within accommodation services.

Housekeeping department refers to the obliged duties that are cleaning, maintaining
orderliness and running the business property in proper manner (Ataç, 2019). In major duties of
housekeeping department includes maintaining hotel in best possible manner in terms of
sanitation and build best ambience for working. Here are major roles of housekeeping
department:
Housekeeping department is responsible for care about consumers all kinds of needs
related with stay, food and comfort ability establishments to offer value of their money.
In context of Marriott international they provide roles and responsibilities so that they can
give one of their best efforts.
Housekeeping department have the responsibility to build the positive work environment by
giving every individual their responsibility for effectively achieving the goals and objectives
