INTRODUCTION
Accommodation services include functions and activities related to food, fitness and other
particular areas. It is leading sector in hospitality industry that provides different types of
attractive services to customers with an aim to satisfy them in best effective manner (Alrawadieh
and Dincer, 2019). Present report has been conducted on Marriott Hotel. This entity operates
their services as a multinational hospitality organisation and founded in the year 1927. This
organisation provides different type of product and services with best quality to their customers.
In this report formative discussion has been made on accommodation services that are mainly
involved in hospitality industries. In addition to this, report include front office department role
in prospective industrial sector. Along with this report include, housekeeping department
contribution as well as role of security are also being discussed in this project.

services to their guest. In addition to this organisation is required to undertake effective strategies

for management to have proper plan and schedule related to repairing as by scheduling the
necessary course of action company can effectively able to fulfil their aim. Along with is it is
essential for organisation to have proper monitoring and maintaining related to maintenance in
order to provide customers with effectively maintain environment. With the help of providing
maintained infrastructure and assets organisation can effectively attract their attention in a well
effective manner.
In addition to this, Marriott by developing proper schedule related to repair work can
retain customers for long time. This has been identified that this entity performs their work
