From the above study, it has been analysed that the major role play in hospitality industry is
accommodation services. There are various types of services such as hotels, motels, hostels to the
people as they choose according to their budget and convenience. Moreover, there are different of
ownership within the accommodation services which assist in providing better service to customers.
The grading system of hotel involves 1 star to 5 star along with their examples.
