A2: Would the use of 3rd (or 4th) party independent contractors insulate MNC’s from being
attacked? Would that practice offer MNC’s a good (of bad) defensive shield against
potential charges of abuse of ‘their employees’ Why or why not?
Third and fourth party always affect the independent working abilities
of a company. Hence the independent working capability of carrying on tasks and managing
work of the employees are affected as well. Therefore the MNCs are facing huge problems as
the 3rd or 4th party are consuming their market. Therefore the working ability of the
employees as well as the independent mode of working is getting problematic. The 3rd and 4th
party does not offer any defensive shield as the company is unable to provide the amount of
work that it was supposed to get due to the functioning of the 3rd and the 4th party. Therefore
the potential and the charges of the employees is not shielded but in case charges come up
against them (Monshipouri, Welch & Kennedy, 2017).
