Executive Summary
The report has thrown light on identifying the different roles of the e-commerce and
e-business in the current business environment which is complex. It can be seen that
there are different kinds of advantages and disadvantages of the e-commerce which
affects the profitability of the firms such as Amazon or Taobao which causes the
turnover among the different customers. However, there are different role of e-
commerce business which includes the flexibility in the purchase of the products
from any kind of geographical locations which will be beneficial in improving the
growth of the firms.
