organization, there are various cultures working together for the same objective. Managing
the culture is a difficult aspect for the company. In the report, the organizational case will be
considered for better understanding, the organization is Hertfordshire Business School, who
is willing to expand their business internationally, in this case, in Chile (Alvesson, 2016).
Hertfordshire University is located in Hatfield, the United Kingdom at De-Havilland. Part of
this university is this business school, which runs various courses. Moreover, Hertfordshire
Business School has link-ups with various other global universities. In the report, the external
analysis will be done in order to understand the external environment of Chile, where the
school is willing to enter. It is important to understand the internal aspects of the company
before expanding, for which the SWOT analysis of Hertfordshire Business School will be
