2 Group Behaviour and Team Development within an organisation There are five stages of team development; Forming; when the first time team members meet each other. Storming; team starts working to each other. Norming; begin to work more efficiently. Performing; functions at very high level. Adjourning; the process comes to an end and team members move off to different Organisations recruit various types of employees to perform task, these employees live in a group and work to achieve common shared goals. It has been observed that they influence work and work behaviour. Group behaviour in a company tends to follow norms and rules and employees are expected to be discipline. Also, the relevance of group behaviour has been realised from time to time. There are many benefits of the group behaviour to the organisation by making sure that workers stick to the group rules and norms.
