INTRODUCTION
Event planning is associated with organisation, planning and
coordination of the entire activities those are associated with
events such as meetings, conferences, parties and many more in
order to conduct the same in appropriate manner in which
event's objective can be met. There are many aspects which are
added within event planning such as budgeting, deciding
timeline, selection and reservation of event sites and many
more by which all the facilities which are requisite in events can
be completed by minimising risk factor.

• Event management does require planning, organising, and final
execution of various events along with applicability of 5C's which
are defined as concept, control, coordination, culmination and
close out, b y these aspects an event can be executed in efficient
manner. Basically three types of events does require various
approaches in which event objectives are achieved and up kept.
The event managers are required to ascertain goals of the event
so that arrangements could be made in that manner by keeping
size and event type as constant factor.
