which all are working together in one single centralizing corporate culture.

Aims & Objectives
Aim: “To examine the scope of multinational company in improving recruitment, selection
and training of employees: A case study on Nestle”
Objectives:
To identify the concept of Recruitment, training and selection.
To determine the current practice used by Nestle in recruitment, selection and training
of employees.
To suggest the ways to improve recruitment, selection and training of employees in
Nestle.

Project Management Plan
 Scope-By conducting the research, Nestle will easily improve the training, recruitment and
selection methods which further help a business to enhance its financial performance.
Using effective ways or methods, company will easily attain the goals and maintain the
life-long relationship with employees as well as customers.
 Cost — For the present research, researcher require approx £12000 cost for the
completion which mainly includes training expenses, advertisement and other
miscellaneous item
 Time- The present research will take around 180 days for its completion
 Quality: For the present study, project manager must hire effective trainers who give
training to their employees so that it can improve the performance. Further, project
manager should also develop the strategy in order to meet the standards and also measure
quality of the resources which are used for completing the project.
