INTRODUCTION
Management is an essential element for the organisation to manage their business
activities in an appropriate manner by which they can attain their targeted goals (Zott, Amit
and Massa, 2011). Objectives of a business can be attainable by collective efforts of
employees. So the management provide basic structure on which a company can produce
business activities. Management has applied from the higher authorities by using effective
leadership theories so it is essential for the manager and leaders to use effective models of
management and leadership theories, which help them to manage their employees to increase
their proficiency and efficiency of work. The present report is based on the ABC company which
is a recruitment company and they are having problems related to the management which is a
cause of losses in their revenues. So it is essential or the business entity to improve their
management (Welch and et. al., 2011). The below present report is having focus on
organisational structure and process map. It is essential for the company to make a plan and
follow them to attain their business objectives. Proper monitoring and quality control can ensure
the improvement in the work culture. At the last this report is having content on the risk
assessment.

1.1 Evaluation of interrelationship between the different process and functions of the the
company
Organisational structure is related to the different level of the management which help to

As the company is working in the recruitment services, they are having different types of
department in which they had divided their work. It helps to them to divide their responsibilities
in different department which help to them to attain their organisational goals and objectives
(Ward and Peppard, 2016). The higher authorities are having responsibility to apply a
proper management in all of the department which help them to make a collective effort by them,
which helps to them to attain organisational objectives and maximise their revenues. After it they
are having director and operational manager which are having interrelation to manage their
subordinates department according to the objectives of the ABC company. Recruitment,
documentation and visa department, secretary, receptionist, accounts and data department are
working at the last of the management level which are having their personal responsibilities in
the organisation.
These different departments are having an interrelationship to manage a process of their
work (Wahab, Al-Momani and Noor, 2015). These different departments working in a
sequence which helps to the managers and as well as to the clients to use their services
effectively.
1.2 Justification on the methodology to be used to map processes to ABC company goals and
objectives
The ABC company is having their focus on to provide better services as per the
expectations of their clients. As they are working as a recruitment agency, they are having an
objective to provide better job options to the clients as per the expectations of the clients. A job
options is based on the education and personal interest of the candidates so it is essential for the

As well as the ABC company wants to improve their revenues and profits so it is essential for
them to provide proper customer satisfaction by their services.
They are having a rigorous selection process for the candidates which are interested to get
a placement in a company. Starting from getting a resume till to the end of the selection of the
candidate is convey in a particular process. In the first they receptionist and HR analyse the
initial details and personal interest of the client. It help to ensure a sector in which ABC can
provide an option for the placement (Turner, 2016). After it they conduct a personal
interview of the candidate with the manager which help them to tell about the requirement of the
corporate companies. At last company has a take a aptitude test to analyse the potentials, skills
and presence of mind of the candidate.
