This research project investigates the implementation of cloud computing within Tesco, a leading UK retailer, and explores the challenges faced by the company. The study examines the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing, analyzes the satisfaction levels of employees regarding training and technology adoption, and identifies key issues such as cost management, security, and control. Through quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, including surveys and interviews, the research provides insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with cloud computing implementation in a large-scale enterprise. The findings highlight the importance of proper training, communication, monitoring, and security measures to ensure successful cloud adoption and mitigate potential risks.
