From the mandatory readings, I learned that the changes are important in order
to improve the processes of the project and deliver the required outcome as per
the needs of the client. The disputes take place when there is resistance to
change. In order to make the people understand about the need to implement
the change, it is important to effectively communicate the goals of the project to
all people concerned. The change is important to maintain the quality and
reduce the risks (Project-Management-Skills, 2018).
The effective management of the quality of the project is important so that the
high quality project can be delivered. The negotiation at the time of the project
contract is important so that the demands can be met effectively. The reading
material helped in establishing the understanding related to the managing the
change disputes and mediation.

The management of the disputes is possible when proper plan and processes
are followed. The existing facilities and the equipment can be maintained when
the right process is followed. Through the reading material, I learned that it is
important to develop the change management plan and the communication
plan in order to make sure the effective management of the project and
eliminate the risks in the project completion (Morris & DeLapp, 1983). All the
documents related to the project should be maintained properly so that the
right information can flow among the teams.
