there is proper communication process then it can be simple for the employees to know about the
changes which are taking place in the workplace (Sadia et al., 2016).
Also, with the help of proper communication process it can be easy to resolve the queries of the
people in the workplace. Employee engagement is also one of the factors that can help to
manage the change in the workplace. So, it is important for the management to focus on the
strategies related to change it can boost the confidence level of the employees. It can be simple to
manage the overall change process if focus is given on maintaining the proper flow of
communication in the workplace (Al-Haddad and Kotnour, 2015).
The next strategy is related with motivation that should be there as it can help so that people can
accept the changes in a positive manner. If people are motivated then it can be easy for them to
accept the changes which are made by the management. It can be seen that without motivation it
