INTRODUCTIONCommunication is the process through which one person can share their feelings,thoughts, ideas to others. So it is essential to have two way communication, so proper responseabout it can be acknowledged. There are different factors which has to be considered whiledelivering information from one person to another (Rowley and Farrow, 2018). It is important tohave complete knowledge to individuals of association, so they are able to access informationproperly. There are different individuals among which information is delivered to others, so it isimportant to communicate proper so possibilities of miscommunication gets less (Bennett, 2014).This report is based on Kee Wah bakery which has chain of bakery stores at Hong Kong China.In this report there is discussion about ways through which assessment of information andknowledge can be done, strategies through which personal networking can be created throughdecision making process, development of communication processes. At last it providesinformation about improving systems for information and knowledge. TASK 11.1 Different range of decisions to be takenIn current market, there is requirement of regular change in operations, quality ofproducts and services of association, so they are able to maintain good brand image in industry.As in current market, there are many other organisations Working in bakery sector, somanagement of Kee Wah bakery has to be alter their working style through which they are ableto manage and communicate in proper manner. As per case scenario, it is identified that sales andbrand image of Kee Wah bakery gets lower because they are not accepting changes happening incurrent market. They do not have proper communication channels to communicate with internaland external parties of associationSo it is identified that there is requirement of taking decisions related to communicationtechniques, framing policies through which dynamic environment at organisation. Leadershipand motivational techniques are required to be change, so synchronisation in activity can beachieved (Fuller and. et. al., 2017). There is requirement of taking decisions related to leadershipand managing employees because they are the people who perform activities in front of others onthe behalf of Kee Wah bakery. Hence it is identified that change in whole management practicesare required to develop and enhance growth prospects for Kee Wah bakery. Main objective of1

company is to identify and use effective communication techniques so that managers can takeright decision in appropriate time and coordination can be improved at workplace. 1.2 Examination of information and knowledge required for effective decision takingDecision making is one of the important aspect which helps to conduct operations of KeeWah bakery in effective and smooth manner. As managers of Kee Wah bakery are not able totake decisions correct and appropriate. In current market, changes are taking palce very frequent,so managers has to take decisions fast to garb opportunities present. Some informations which are required for proper and smooth management of Kee Wahbakery are discussed as under-There is requirement to have information about insights and reasoning behind specificreasons. When managers of Kee Wah bakery are able to understand reason behind specificchange, they are ale to make fast decisions. For instance: managers examined that sale oforganisation is decreasing and the main reason behind this is lack of flexibility. So this directlyindicates that company requires to do some modifications in policies and strategies in order toachieve its set sales target.Some knowledge which assist in taking fast decisions and gives positive impact ofdecision taking are as under-In order to achieve set business objectives, it is very essential for every businessenterprise to better satisfy the needs of its customers. It is essential for managers to haveknowledge about any change take place in requirements of customers. With this, company canbetter satisfy the needs of its customers and can sustain in market for long run.With analysing above mentioned information and knowledge, decision taking easy and italso assist in getting positive impact of growth of sales of Kee Wah bakery. Managers are able tothink for long sightedness and able to think critically with analysing negative and positiveaspects. As employees are aware about what has to be done and perform activities in bettermanner.1.3 Internal and external sources of informationThere are different sources of getting information for an association.
