Introduction
The complexity of the project can be solved by initializing the critical thinking and
experience of the manager. The interpretation of the experience helps in bringing the change
in the project management policies for improvement and increased efficiency. The purpose of
this paper is to analyse the views and thoughts of the authors on managing the complexities
of the projects.
Definition
The application of the project management process help in defining the project plan for
synchronising the activities, clear specification of the project boundaries, and managing the
control over the project output process.
Discussion
The complexities of the project can be resolved by improving the skills and expertise of the
team members by incorporating the training and development program for them. The
deployment of the training program incurs extra expenditure and results in increasing the
project cost. The significant work output helps in completing the project successfully. The
challenges and the complexities experienced by the working employees can be resolved by
managing the communication channel between the participating parties. The implementation
of the succession planning is useful for meeting the synchronization between supply and
demand of the resources (McDonald, Sundaram, Bravata, Lewis, and Lin, 2013). The
deployment of the competency model helps in improving the capability of the human
resources implemented by completing the business operation. The standards and guidelines
should be provided for accomplishing the given project management roles and
responsibilities. The focus should be given on the job satisfaction level of the employees
because the satisfied employees results in improving the project working process to meet the
project development phase according to the given time and budget. The performance of the
working employees can be enhanced by concentrating on the goals and problem domain of
the project. The experts play an important role in taking effective decision in the benefit of
the organization. The evaluation of the checklist for defining action plan helps in analysing
the performance of the professionals and experts (Otieno, 2014). The reflective practitioners
focuses on developing the meta-competencies associated with the success and the failure of

the project. The initialization of the action plans helps in achieving the organization goal
effectively. The problem solving creativity of the practitioners depends on the critical
thinking power, creativity, learning ability, and mental agility. The fast tracking of the
challenges helps in completing the process and project activities without any complexities.
The centralized control on the circulation of the information helps in minimizing the
occurrence of rumours in the working culture. The learning ability of the practitioners is the
basis of project success (Kharaiweish, 2013). The reviewing of the opportunities for enabling
the training and development program helps in improving the functional dependency of the
stakeholder for completing the given task with full efficiency and output. The predictability
of the problems and required expertise for carrying out the task helps in managing the
switching of the work flow among the member participants so that the required output and
project goal can be achieved successfully (Monnappa, 2017). The incorporation of the talent
management system results in improving the credibility of the work experience and capability
in terms of resolving the complexities associated with the project working platform. The
verification process for data collection increases the productivity and the services provided to
the end users. The monitoring of the changes required in the project plan results in the
modification of the project program for systematic synchronization of continuous
development and improvement plan (Davies, and Crawford, 2013). The increase in the
learning experience of the team members helps in facilitating the role played by them to
deploy effective leadership for balancing the cooperation and coordination among the flow of
work and information in the direction of project success.

The complexities of the project can be effectively solved by aligning the strategic plan and
activities schedule according to the project goal and mission. The choice of strategic planning
is helpful in balancing the coordination and cooperation among the members. The
accumulated team work results in completing the project successfully without any problem,
complexity, and hindrance. The project management methodologies are effective in providing
right duties and authorities to the right person for managing the effective communication
between the member participants. The performance of the team members can be improved
by arranging remuneration, reward system, coaching, and training and development program.

It can be concluded that the standards and guidelines should be provided for accomplishing
the given project management roles and responsibilities. he learning ability of the
practitioners is the basis of project success.
