Destination Management, an organization based in London, United Kingdom.
The company offers hotel services, services relating to tours and travel etc.
The presentation explains an event layout to set up a conference or event
room. It also examines additional services that are available within a
conference environment.

Event Layout
An event layout can be defined as the way in which different parts of an
event are laid out or arranged. The layout of an event can significantly
impact the mood of the participants or guests greatly. The layout can include
various elements like lighting, seating arrangement, decoration etc.
Comfortable seating help in reducing any kind of body movement during the
conference and therefore, easy designs like horseshoe etc. should be used so
that it is easier for the attendees to network with each other.

While planning the layout of the conference, space for which it is being
designed should be understood in an effective manner. If this is not done, the
event will not be able to take place smoothly and some or the other problems
might arise. The space should be clearly analyzed and should consist of all the

the conference to work alongside during the meeting. They can also surf

speaker system is important and microphone are among the list of
necessities when a conference is being organized.
 Video Conferencing System – There might be a chance that there is a
requirement of making an international call. Therefore, a video

the process of conversing online with the other person.

From the presentation, it can be concluded that managing conferences and
events is important for organizations. An event layout acts as an important
component in affecting the overall mood of the conference. The layout
