INTRODUCTION
The management of conference are the activities related to management process within
the company. Conference is also involve task of planning, organising, leading and controlling,
for conducting these activities it take period of time (Draper, Young Thomas and Fenich, 2018).
The event management is a method to conduct variety of functions so that event can execute
different kinds of events. The event can be conducted in the form of conference, concerts, trading
shows, ceremonies. Rosewood London is five star hotel providing quality of services to its
customers. The hotel is attracting its existing and new customers by organising events. This
report will evaluate the different categories and its dimensions of the event and discussion of
feature and trends who are influencing the event sector. This will also assess the event layout to
layout an conference and the services that are available in the conference to create value. Further
it will show different management skills required to work in event. Moreover report will
determine the measures required for manage a safe event.

Comuzzi, 2019). Event can be classified according to Size, type and the context as the event in
hospitality industry include weddings, dinners, different kind of business meeting. The event are
usually corporate, charity and private. The corporate event include conference, seminars
meetings and different kinds of ceremonies. charity events are those in like competition, kind of
concert, sports event etc. private events are basic gathering of family and limited to the member
of family. Events have different type of dimensions which assist to show the difference in
events. The event are generally of three type the industry can organised any one of them.
