INTRODUCTION
Managing event and conference is the application of project management to the creation
as well as development of large scale events like the festivals, conference, weddings, formal
parties, official parties and conventions. This involves studying of brand, analysis target
audience, devising event and most important coordinate with proper technical aspects. The
present study is based on “Four season hotel” which is located at Park Lane, London. The
present report is based on the different events which are organized with the help of event
planner. The report will examine several types of events with some types of example. This will
highlight the various and ample number of current trends with features. It will very important for
management to design the layout for meet the needs of customer as well as it reflect additional
services and importance of it. This will explore the different management roles within the
industry with references of current job opportunity. This report will include the different types of
management and leadership skills related to industry and meet expectation of stakeholders. At
the end of report will specify the appropriate measures for keeping event safe as well as event
environment.

P1 Examine different categories of events with example.
There are three types of events as there are venues. While all the events types are share
some differences which are as follows:
Corporate event:
Corporate event if provide a unique and different opportunity to bring a company's ideas
directly to its employees and customer (Alqahtani, 2015). This types of events are used for
promoting the business and their companies brand as well as products. This types of events are
not diverse events due to the events being aimed at business. There are some kinds of corporate
events such as conference, seminars, products launches meeting, networking events etc.
Private events:
Private events are used for the individual who can book venues such as wedding,
wedding reception, birthday parties and festival gatherings. This types of events are not diverse
due to that events have aims at weddings receptions. There are numerous private sector
organization involved in commercial activities in the event management business.
Charity events:

That types of events are used for an individual in order to rise money and profit for a
charity of their choice by events such as society ball, sports events and charitable actions. The
same charity events ask for sponsors for an individual partaking in events (Different types of
events, 2018). This types of events are very diverse in industry due to anyone can go to the
charity to contribute in charity event or charitable events gain must and effective goodwill at
market place.
Those are the different types of events which are diverse and not diverse due to the
specific aim of events. This creates more effectiveness for industry and its growth factors in an
effective manner.

There are various currents are presented in events industry which area affected to
industry and customers. Those are every effective and valuable for the business and for growth
of event industry. The current trends in events industry are as follows:
Drone camera:
This is most effective and valuable technology which is currently presents in industry.
This help to event organizer for capture the whole event in the proper manner by covering its
form the hight. This influence the event industry and effectiveness for business and for its growth
factors. For example: drone is presently used in private events because this help to capture all the
happy moment with some uniqueness. There some features of private events which is book event
venue first and then organized event b y setting proper budget. This provides proper
accommodation in case long time event like 4-5 days.
Embrace Green event:
This is also the most effective current trends which will be more effective and valuable
for the business growth but that can affect to event industry and hotel who organize the event in
their hotel like four season hotels. This trend reflects that keep food safe and organic or use it for
making the best food (Carvalho, 2016). These influence event industry. For example: in the
Charity event it is very important to take care food and their services. This types of functions and
event demand the green food by motivating go green concept. There has some feature of charity
event for the group such as speakers, dancers and outing environment for encourage group
participations and giving.
