Executive summery
The report is about the various issues that has been found after looking at the case study
of the Linda Dor. The main objective of this report is to analyse the main problems of the
management, motivation and the training development of the Linda Dor. The report describes
about the various theories of the communication and motivation that can be used by the
organization to improve and overcome the problems. The various recommendations for the
improvement is given that is providing better training, improving management system,
monitoring the performance and rewarding the employees are given to the Linda Dor.

INTRODUCTION
Managing the development of employees can be a beneficial step for the organization in
order to improve the current and the future progress of the business (Dachner and et.al., 2021).
Linda Dor is a restaurant in the Ghana that is looking for the recruitment of the staff in their
organization (Business, 2022). The report will explain about the various issues that can come
during the management of the employee developments. Furthermore, the report will explain
about various issues of the case study and the solutions according to the theories to overcome the
issues. The main aim of the report is to analyse and provide solutions for the issues found in the
case study related to the employee development management.
MAIN BODY
Training and workforce development
The training and workforce development can help the organizations in managing and
creating better efficiency in the employee work progress. It is one of the essential element in
improving the employee or the worker efficiency in the organization. This helps in improving the
skills and the abilities of the workers so that they can develop their efficiency in their day to day
tasks (Shafi, Jan and Manzoor, 2021).
Issues in the case study
The case study of Linda Dor explains that the organization had a lot of issues related to
the trainings of the employees and various other authorities. The new joiners were required to be
trained by the old employees of the organization. They were not trained well as the old
employees only gave them training for few days expecting that the new joiners will understand
effectively in less time.
Social learning theory
The theory explains that the employees can understand better and effective by observing
the work of seniors. This can help the new joiners of the Linda Dor as they should focus on the
working methods of the old employees that how they are working (Theories, 2022). The old
employees of the restaurant are also required to perform their day to day tasks with more
