about various issues of the case study and the solutions according to the theories to overcome the
issues. The main aim of the report is to analyse and provide solutions for the issues found in the
case study related to the employee development management.

The training and workforce development can help the organizations in managing and
creating better efficiency in the employee work progress. It is one of the essential element in
improving the employee or the worker efficiency in the organization. This helps in improving the
skills and the abilities of the workers so that they can develop their efficiency in their day to day
