INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship is an activity and process of setting up a new business by using effective
new and innovative ideas. By using effective and appropriate plan of action the person can
manage and administrate business ideas and entrepreneurship. Creativity is the ability to develop
new idea and to discover new ways of looking at issues and growth options (Mitra, 2019).
Innovation is the capability to apply creative solutions to those issues and options in order to
improve individuals’ lives to develop society. This report will include information about
entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and motive of social enterprise. Further, will define
about concept plan that consist different aspect like objective, market research, target customer,
business model canvas, legal issues etc.
TASK 1
My story- I am an Entrepreneur and after completing my study i want to shape my career as
an entrepreneur who is work for society to overcome the issue that are faced by the community. I
am not belonging from an entrepreneurial family. I want to be a successful businessperson by
using my innovative thoughts and ideas so that i can establish a business that is able to fulfil
individuals needs and minimise their complexities. Due to having some good skills like
ambition, willingness to learn, ability to listen, creativity, confidence, perseverance and risk
taking that motivates me to be a good businessperson. These all competencies and attributes
assist me to set up a business to provide benefits to society so that i can help in get over and
resolving their complexities (Kolb, 2020). Apart from this my creative thing ability, leadership,
motivation, communication and problem solving skills are some competencies that are effective
and effective which also essential to me like, with the help of creative thinking ability, i can
easily find out an effective business idea and skills will assist me to implement and convert this
thought in to reality and encourage me to provide solution to society issues through establishing
business.

Social entrepreneurship is an approach by individuals, teams, start-up organisations or
entrepreneurs, in which they improve, fund and implement solutions to social, cultural and
environmental issues. It can be define to that new and innovative ideas and thoughts that are used
