RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Research Type There are generally two types of research methodology has used in each type of research project called; qualitative research methodology and quantitative methodology. These both methods of research are enough for everyone to complete a research project in very effective manner (Macdonald, 2017). Basically, qualitative research methodology give opportunity to a person from different interviews and meeting sessions, from books and journals and also from different research projects which people has already done on the same topic. On the other side, quantitative methods contribute in collecting data from different numbers and statistics. In this existingresearchproject, onlyqualitativeresearchmethodologyhasbeenused, because collecting data from interviews and books & journals, etc. are enough to complete this research project in very specific manner. Research Philosophy Research philosophy also plays an excellent role in the terms of gaining very appropriate data from various sources. There is every researcher has always required to follow and consider the philosophy of research, because without considering this philosophy, no one can achieve better outcomes in the mission of research project. In this existing project, the research philosophy has fully considered. Research Design Before starting the process of data collection in every research project, it is necessary to everyone for systematically follow a specific design of research, because without following design of research no one can easily collect data from different resources (Viehoff, 2019). Basically, there are three typesof research designs used by different researcherscalled; inductive, deductive or abdicative. In this existing project only inductive research design has been used for collecting various data and also for increasing productivity of the business very effectively. Research Sampling
Sampling methods also very necessary for every research project, because there after using these methods of sampling, anyone can simply take different samples from different places. Generally, two types of sampling methods exist here for collecting sampling data called; probably and non-probably. These both methods of data sampling are very helpful in the terms of sample data collection, however, the random sample method has used in this research project. So that, there were ten employees of Tesco was selected randomly for conducting the personal interview (Lätti, 2017). Those Tesco’s ten employees was shared their different point of views, ideas and opinions on the topic of equality and diversity. Basically, after using random sampling method, anyone can simply gain very accurate data in sampling procedure and that’s why this method of data sampling has been used in this research project. Data Collection Data collection is one of the key tasks within this research project, because without conducting this task, this research project not has been completed. Basically, there are two types of data collection methods available here for collecting data called; primary data collection method and secondary data collection method (Booysen, Pringle and Bendl, 2018). In this research project these both methods of data collection have used. Basically, primary data collection method helps in collection data from personal interviews and meetings and the secondary data collection method helps in collecting various data through books & journals, magazines, articles, internet etc. Data Analysis Data analysis is another key task within this research project, because without analysing collected data, no research project can be effective and meaningful (Moghaddam, 2020). Basically, data analysis task contributes in removing those data from the research project which are completely useless, illogical and meaningless. It also contributes in adding those collected data in the research project which are fully meaningful, productive and logical. There are generally thematic and statistical two key methods of data analysis. However, only thematic method of data collection has been used in this research project, because this method helps in analysing data by diving different data in different themes. Ethical Considerations

There are all ethics has been followed in this research project, because no any employee of company was forced to give its opinion on asked question. Basically, quantitative method is the best option in the terms of alternativemethod, because thisgives opportunity to collectdata from various numerical and statistical stuffs. That’s why this is a very productive alternative research methodology.
