Introduction:
The main purpose of this report is to analyse the issue of the fatigue of the employees within the
Boutique Build Australia. This report will discuss the problems which are associated with the
fatigue and why this is the problem within the companies. Along with this, the risks which are
associated with the fatigue as well as the strategies for managing the fatigue within the
organization will be discussed. The report will also propose the strategies which will help in
managing the fatigue and the relationship for controlling the hierarchy.
Fatigue Analysis within organization:
This the structural analysis which involves the failure tendency of the systems when these are
subjected towards the cyclical loads (Williamson and Friswell, 2018). There are various methods
which can be used for the calculating the fatigue within the organization are stress life, strain life
and many more.
The following is the September time sheet data of the company:

Problems associated with fatigue:
Fatigue is basically referring to as the issue which is raised within the workplace when the
working hours or there is excessive working hours which are Fatigue has been identified as one
of the biggest problem which is faced by many numbers of the companies. By going through the

case study of Boutique build company it was found that company is facing the problem if the
fatigue and due to this reason there are many other problems arising within the organization. The
fatigue among the employees results to the slower reactions of the employees, the ability of the
process information is reduced, decreases the awareness, there creates the lack of the attention,
underestimation of the risks, reduction of the coordination and many more (Lerman and et.al.,
2019).
The fatigue within the organization leads to the errors and the accidents and this is considered as
one of the root cause of the major employee turnover within the organization. It has been found
that the Boutique Build company is also facing this issue and due to this these problems are also
increasing in the business.
Signs of fatigue:
The fatigue is the biggest problem which reduces the overall productivity of the employees or the
staff members as well as this increases the mistakes done by the employees within their job. The
mistakes which are made due to the fatigue within the workplace can be prevented when the
business is investing in the health and safety environment. There are various signs of fatigue
within the organization such as-

main reasons due to which the risk of the fatigue is increasing within the employees. This is

highly affecting the working performance of the employees as because of this, they are not able
to work effectively at the workplace.
Physical factors: The physical factors are basically the disease through which the employee is
suffering such as the anaemia, diabetes, fever, cancer and many more. These factors are
increasing the risk of the fatigue among the employees at the workplace (Sawatzky, 2017).
Physiological factors: The inadequate sleep is one of the main risk of increasing the fatigue. As
due to this, the employees are not able to work at the workplace as this reduces the productivity
of the employees. The quality of the work is reduced and this affects the overall performance of
the employees.
Managing the risks of fatigue within organisation:
The fatigue has been identified as the problem which increases the large number of the incidents
within the organisation. It is very important for the Boutique Build company to take the
corrective measures as this will enable the companies to maintain their productivity. These risks
which are associated with the fatigue can be managed as-

main purpose of this business is to provide the good quality homes to the customers and achieve
the leading position in Australia within this industry.
Goals and objectives of Company:
To increase the productivity and become highly profitable and accountable company- This
will be performed by ensuring the financial operations, expanding the sources of revenue as well
as achieving the profits up to 10% per annum.
To build good quality residences- This will be done by increasing the sales and investing on the
research and development department.
Hiring and recruiting the best staff- The company will continue to drive for the customer-
centred and skilled and talented workforce. Providing the training to the employees and
enhancing the diversity of the employees.
Build effective customer relationships- To provide the employee for better serving the
customers by meeting their needs and wants.
Overview of position or job role:
I am highly interested in becoming the architect. This job role is basically of planning, designing
as well as overseeing the construction of the buildings. They provide the services related to the
design and the construction of the buildings as well as the outer space around the site of

designing the structure of the home so I want to become the architect.
