INTRODUCTIONIn the present era, every business enterprise requires an effective growth anddevelopment by which it can sustain in the market for long time. In order to gain an effectiveoutcome, company can use the logistic management system in its business activities andfunction. In the present report, the importance of logistic management system has beensystematically studiedMain BodyRoles and responsibilitiesI have worked effectively in the team work and ensured that overall outcome has beenadvanced in critical manner. By having an effective consideration of team coordination I haveparticipated in team activity. Along with this, it has been noticed that there are four members inmy team. We have focused on logistic management system. Group activity has made usunderstand in regard to use the logistic management system in its business activities and function(Hogan and Coote, 2014). In the present report, the importance of logistic management systemhas been systematically studied. Along with this, we have also focused on the team managementactivities in order to have effective development of members. It has been noticed that by having an appropriate understanding about transportation waysand consideration for better logistics we have analysed facts under meeting. We had a discussionin respect to the overall development with analysing number of documents in context totransportation model. The transportation model uses the concept and practices of thetransplanting something like taking a whole from one place and inserting it. This model used as acomparative tool which assist business decision maker by providing information which theyrequired in manage the cost and supply (Agarwal and et.al., 2012).Along with this, in team meeting we have also ensured that work allocation is criticalpath which need to be referred properly for better understanding about the subject. It has beennoticed that I have participated effectively in collection of information in regard to subject likelogistic management. In the meeting I am going to discus the project about the logisticmanagement system and its importance in the business enterprise.Appropriateness of materialsOn the other side, the one of member has focused on analysis of information which wascollected by me to understand the topic.
