Human resource department isthe one who perform various function related with employees of company such as their wage,working hours and many more. Sainsbury plc, secondlargest chain of supermarket, deals in grocery products, based in United Kingdom is taken underthis report for study. Firm was founded in 1869 by John James Sainsbury and soon became thelargest grocery retailer in 1922. Approach used by enterprise related with development of humanresources is given under this report.
