But the manual approach has led to many operational glitches that have impacted the overall profitability of the company. It will help in gaining the better handling of the different operations that will help in meeting the needs and demands of its customers (Morton And et.al., 2017). The proper utilisation of the management systems will help in meeting the needs and demands of its clients in better and effective way. The effective implementation of the proper Management Information System (MIS) will help the firm to meet the needs and demands of the user, improve its functionality, and meet the operational requirements of the cited furniture manufacturing firm. This will help in meeting the functional handling of the better business operations which helps in increasing its profitability and customer satisfaction level. Other than this, it will help in delivery of finished product or service on the stipulated time frame, which will help in increasing the customer satisfaction level (Xiao and Dong, 2015). At present, the cited business entity is using the manual system for storing the needs and demands of the users in the form of order and the price list. This is quite hectic and time exhausting process. Besides this, it is vulnerable and easily accessible that can affect the business operations and integrity of the trade organisation. This is meant to be handled with sheer care and high professional effectiveness. Besides this, if the replacement situation occurs, this will increase the duration of the services that are been taken in effective consideration. Thus, to tackle all these issues, Elvedon plc will look after the better adopting of IT tools and effective management of MIS system at the workplace (McArthur, 2015). Tools and Framework As cited firm needs to improve its operational capacity, thus the organisation has to look afterthebetterhandlingofthedifferentoperationswhichwillhelpinitsgrowthand development. For this approach, the company can utilise the various IT tools and framework.
