But the manual approach has led to many operational glitches thathave impacted the overall profitability of the company. Thus, the company is required to take aninformation system (IS), in effective practice and meeting the needs and demands of thecustomers. It will help in gaining the better handling of the different operations that will help inmeeting the needs and demands of its customers (Morton And et.al., 2017). The properutilisation of the management systems will help in meeting the needs and demands of its clientsin better and effective way. The effective implementation of the proper Management InformationSystem (MIS) will help the firm to meet the needs and demands of the user, improve itsfunctionality, and meet the operational requirements of the cited furniture manufacturing firm.This will help in meeting the functional handling of the better business operations which helps inincreasing its profitability and customer satisfaction level. Other than this, it will help in deliveryof finished product or service on the stipulated time frame, which will help in increasing thecustomer satisfaction level (Xiao and Dong, 2015). At present, the cited business entity is using the manual system for storing the needs anddemands of the users in the form of order and the price list.
