Executive Summary
The intent of this report is to present an analysis report for identifying the problem that David
Jones Company is dealing with in the Australian market and what solution can be used in the
form of Information System that can improve its performance. The environmental analysis of
the company has highlighted that company has good brand image in the market but due to
some wrong decisions it is failing in the market. Besides this, the government of Australia
provide their immense support for the growth of domestic as well as international business.
