Managing Innovation Assessment.

Reflection
The project “ Managing innovation Assesment” helps me to learn models regarding
innovation. Also, due to lack of evaluation of innovation theory, unclear connection between
company business process, product/service and no evidence of future innovation pathway, the
project is lead towards resit. In addition to this, there is no specific business canvass model is
developed for this assignment which is another reason of rework. However, there are some strong
point in the project which includes clear formatting and good references. Thus to improve the same,
there is a need to comply with the tutor comments which includes benefits and limitation of the
innovation theory which will be used in the project. Also, earlier there is no dicussion of principles
and framework of the chosen theory, so in future whn the same project will be conducted, then I
should ensured to use relevant principles and provide example by elaborating how it used the
chosen innovation technique in order to deliver the product and services to the customers.
Apart from this, in historical development section, a good research has been conducted on
Spotify. Whereasm there is a limited evidence of application of innovation theory. Therefore, to
improve the same, i ensured to make clear connection between company business process with
innovation theories. In addition to this, it will also be improved by using principles and framework
in order to demonstrate clear application of theory. Further, business canvas model will also be
included that provides summaryto describe the high level strategic details that assists business to
successfully run. In accordance with the comment provided by tutor, i make sure that proper
evidence will be supported in future development section that helps to provide the content is
authentic and this in turn helps the company to provide original ideas as well.
Moreover, for future improvement, i also make sure that authentic evidence will be used that
assist to improve the future work. Along with this, different innovative technologies will be refer in
this project. Further different suggestion is be offered that helps to identify how the business can use
them to sustain competitive advantge and make sure that suggestion will be creative so that
company can easily applied. Also, the chosen sources will be reliable and athentic so that it will not
lead my research towards wrong direction. By considering all such aspects i will be able to resit the
project properly in future.
