Privacy is a fundamental human right and it is same for corporate situations and highly successful companies as well.This can be understood in case of Google. In the present scenario the legitimacy as well as the features of the search engine in Google needs to be maintained. This is because of the way the people search and the results they obtain might influence certain aspects of their work and educational lives. Other than this purchasing wrong information is unethical and irresponsible to the users as well. It always needs to be ensured that companies in the industry can work together in a very effective manner to challenge excessive amount of interference of the government and at the same time identify best practices and responsible policies by the governments in order to protect the privacy of the users (Davoine, E., & Ravasi, 2013). There are many issues which Google has faced due to the problems which arise while searching anything on the Google search engines. There also has been an uproar regarding the fake news that was published in the company’s website due to which lot of problems and confusion ensued. It is thought to be the sole responsibility of Sundar Pichai and other managers to ensure that the trust which the public has put in Google need to be maintained at all times (Scherer, Palazzo & Seidl, 2013). It is crucial for the organizational headsat Googleto devise a proper framework to ensure that the legitimacy is maintained at all times and the needs of the people are met.
