The paper discusses about the impacts of automation on InfosysIndia as the organization has recently experienced huge rate of unemployment due totechnological advancement. Further it focuses on the impacts computerization of businessprocesses has on business. The company is mainly engaged in providing information technology services andinformation technology consulting. The company is also engaged in offering business consultingand outsourcing services. The company is known as the second largest information technologycompany of Indian origin with the market capitalization of $34.33 billion. The company has 84sales and marketing offices presently and 116 development centers. The product of the companymainly includes services to most of the US companies. It also offers services to various domainssuch as the insurance, finance, manufacturing and others (Infosys 2018).
