Introduction
Managing operation mainly deals with the area of management where the designing
as well as controlling of the production is being focus along with that redesigning of the
business operation is done by the company, so that they can produce goods and service
(Malov and Poundarikapuram 2013). These enables the company to ensure that the efficiency
is being maintain in the process as well as resources are being used effectively so that
customer’s needs and wants can be fulfilled. The area mainly concern with the planning as
well as organizing and supervising the production and manufacturing of the service, which
the organization is willing to provide to the customers (Vishniac and Schmidt 2018).
Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., is one of the Japanese automobile company whose
headquarter is located in Nishi-Ku, Yokohama. The company is now renamed as Nissan
Group (Robinson 2015). In the year 2013, the company is considered to be the sixth largest
automaker all around the world, which is quite remarkable for the company. Nissan is marked
as the leading brand in Mexico as well as in Russia and China (Scheinhütte and Yamashita
2013).
Competitive Business
The company need to formulate a strategy so that they can formulate a plan which
will assist them to expand in the international marketplace and help them to accomplish what
they are intending to achieve form the marketplace. Nissan have taken up the strategy which
will enable them to provide value to the money of the customers (Alam 2019). These will
automatically assist them to lure customers from the marketplace and enable them to generate
revenue from it. The sustainable strategy enable them to achieve the long term goal from the
