resolving a conflict between two co-worker in order to increase their performance
efficiency.
Situation: On the working floor I evidenced with a conflicting situation between the two
workers claiming that one of them copied their design. The price at which design sold is belong
to original developer of car part design in Toyota. While conflicting to this situation is have to be
responsive and actively involved in resolving conflict or issue between people more accurately.
Action: From the making private meeting with the different person involved in
conflicting situation are talked differently in order to get idea about the design and their
knowledge about the developed design. Also I go for CCTV footage to get an idea about who is
the responsible person for development of design. This will helps in coming up with effective
